It may come as no surprise that the Detroit Lions franchise is not the most valuable team in the league. In fact, Forbes ranks it 30 out of 32.
The magazine reports that the Lions team is worth $960 million, just a drop more than only two other teams: The St. Louis Rams ($930 million) and the Buffalo Bills ($935 million.)
The Dallas Cowboys topped the list with a value of $3.2 billion, followed by the New England Patriots at $2.6 billion and the Washington Redskins at $2.4 billion. -- Allan Lengel
