Supreme Court Suspends Detroit Judge Sanders, Accused of 'Psychotic Delusions'

The future of Detroit 36th District Brenda Sanders isn't looking so hot these days.

You might recall, the Michigan Judicial Tenure Commission earlier this month asked the state Supreme Court to suspend her without pay pending disciplinary proceedings, accusing her of having “psychotic delusions” and of alleged judicial misconduct,

On Wednesday, the Supreme court obliged, suspending her without pay, WDIV reports.

Sanders had been off the bench since October, first on medical leave and then on administrative leave. She's scheduled to return to the bench in January.
