A pile of rubble still smokes after an arson fire this year.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is upping its reward from $5,000 up to $15,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of anyone responsible for the fires set at The Heidelberg Project on the East Side of Detroit.

Additionally, the Michigan Arson Prevention Committee is offering $5,000 more in the case, raising the total to $20,000 in rewards.

From May 2 to  Nov. 23, there have been 11 fires set to structures at the project, ATF said.
