Former Miss USA Rima Fakih seen possibly intoxicated

Let's try that headline again: Adult woman reportedly enjoyed adult beverages in adult setting.

WXYZ is reporting the Dearborn native and former Miss USA Rima Fakih, who does have a drunk driving arrest on her record, was spotted in Los Angeles looking as though she may have had one too many. Hot scoop!

But Fakih wasn't seen driving drunk, nor does her probation require her to abstain from alcohol. 

A 26-year-old should be allowed to get a little over served at a night club occasionally, provided she (or he) has a designated driver or cab fare. This is still America, God dammit.

The Women's Christian Temperance Union-types need to unclutch their pearls and maybe let this "controversy" go. -- JTW
