It was bound to happen.
Thai-inspired food truck Katoi is officially going brick and mortar, reports Adam O'Connor of Metro Times.
Up until now the food truck has been parked over at the Two James Spirits on Michigan Avenue in Corktown where Chef Brad Greenhill and crew have served Thai street food to bar patrons.
The new home will be nearby on Michigan Avenue in a 2,000 square-foot building with a full-service bar.
