First off, no surprise here that Bill Gates tops the Forbes' list of the world's billionaires with $79.2 billion.

Then scroll down the list to number 118 and you'll find the richest folks in Michigan: Doug and Hank Meijer of the grocery/department store fame, whose worth is pegged at $10.7 billion.

Amway co-founder Richard DeVos of Holland is the 259th on the list, worth $5.7 billion.  Mike and Marian Ilitch are worth $4.8 billion and are ranked 330. Dan Gilbert is ranked 341 with a worth of $4.7 billion

Manuel "Matty" Moroun, 85, and his family, are worth $1.9 billion and are ranked 1,006 on the list.

Roger Penske is worth $1.3 billion and is ranked 1,415.
