The Wayne County Prosecutor's Office is blocking the public release of an autopsy in the death of a 20-year-old man who was shot by an ICE agent, WDIV reports.

Maria Miller of the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office said the report was being kept private so that it doesn't interfere with the integrity of the investigation,  WDIV reports.

The withholding of the report is bound to lead to more speculation as to what happened. Authorities have said that Terrance Kellom came at the agent with a hammer, and the agent opened fire, striking him multiple times.

Kellom's father has insisted that his son didn't have a hammer.
