Was it suicide?
Investigators are looking into the death of a man who sat in his pickup truck that went up in flames in the Meijer parking lot in Fraser on Sunday afternoon, The Macomb Daily reports.
Fraser police responded to the store parking lot at 15 Mile and Utica roads about 3:40 p.m. where the Chevy Silverado was on fire.
“Several people who saw him in the cab of the truck yelled for him to get out, but he didn’t,” Detective Lt. Dan Kolke tells reporter Micth Hotts. “At that time, he was conscious.”
