According to Vice, he’s been a model, restaurateur, real estate developer, and philanthropist, all before the age of 34. 

Since the collapse of the auto industry turned Detroit into a late-capitalist American nightmare, the city has been relying on young innovators and entrepreneurs like Phil to rebuild it stronger and smarter. We traveled to the Motor City to meet Phil and learn how he’s trying to change the face of the city.
