Brenna Houck of Eater Detroit lists 12 notable food trucks in Southeast Michigan, among these:.
- Stockyard: Sandwich offerings include: Korean beef, broccoli melt and pork shoulder.
- Twisted Mitten: Serves halal food and one of the offerings is a the lamb bacon BLT.
- Detroit 75 Kitchen: Offerings include garlic cilantro fries, falafel, and shawarma.
- Ricewood: The Pacific island-style barbecue trailer in Ann Arbor features rice bowls topped slow roasted meat, spicy, salty finadene sauce, and a side of cucumber salad.
