Authorities and the family of Gary Roakmor are  puzzled as to why Gary Roakmor had two pigs on his properties in Detroit and Highland Park, WDIV reports.

On Friday, authorities found a huge pig in the basement of a home owned by Roakmor, who passed away last week, WDIV's Kimberly Gill reports.

On Monday, authorities found a second big pig at a warehouse owned by Roakmor.

WDIV reports that friends and family described him as a hoarder.

Both pigs will live at the Devoted Barn, a shelter that rescues animals from cruelty and neglect.

Roakmor's daughters say he owns at least seven properties and they plan to check those to see if there's other animals, WDIV reports.
