Michigan Rep. Todd Courser of Lapeer has a particularly hectic Friday, so it's understandable that he hasn't privacy-shielded or suspended his Twitter account yet.
And just in case the 43-year-old Republican lawmaker gets around to that amid national coverage of his bizarre scheme to deflect attention from an affair with a fellow representative, a Lansing communicator shares some of Courser's past tweets.
At his personal Twitter feed, Joshua Pugh of the Grassroots Midwest advocacy firm in Lansing, retweets 30 comments from 2013-15 by Courser that now seem . . . well, you decide how to describe these gems from a married father taped acknowledging an affair with 42-year-old Rep. Cindy Gamrat and discussing how to minimize public attention:
