Drivers challemnging violation notices no longer have to show up at the parking department, Matt Helms of the Detroit Free Press reports.
They can go to www.parkdetroit.us, click on the “Pay or Contest Ticket” link and upload photos to help their argument that a ticket wasn’t warranted.
