Bailiff Says Photo of Shirtless Judge Was Not Sexual Harassment

You might recall that Wayne County Circuit Judge Wade McCree got in a whole lot of trouble when it surfaced that he had texted a shirtless photo of himself to a female court bailiff. The bailiff's husband discovered the buff-looking photo on her phone and blew gasket. Now the bailiff tells  Fox2 that she did not consider the photo a form of sexual harassment. She said she has enjoyed a professional relationship with the judge. We'd like to see what an unprofessional relationship looks like. A.L.
