A 4-year-old Southfield girl started acting silly after dinner at Ramando's restaurant in Southwest Detroit on Sunday night.

Her mother tells Jason Colthorp of WDIV that her daughter Nadia's behavior was result of the restaurant mistakenly serving her an alcoholic drink. The mother, Tera Smith, ended up taking her to the hospital on Sunday night and notifying police of the incident on Monday night. The girl is OK.

"She was drunk," Smith said.

WDIV reports that two Daiquiri drinks that the waitress served looked exactly the same, except that the young girl ordered one without alcohol.

"Although it was an isolated incident, Armando’s will take immediate action to ensure our staff receives retraining in alcohol service through the servsafe alcohol program," the restaurant's general manager Cecilia Benedict said in a statement, according to WDIV.

The restaurant didn't charge for the meal.
