Female Teacher Busted in Parked Car With Teen Boy Charged With Sexting

Details are emerging about the Van Buren Township  school teacher who was busted in a parked car at 1:30 a.m. drinking with a 15-year-old male.

The Detroit News reports that Andrea Deanna Brennan, 37, of Ypsilanti,  was arraigned Tuesday in 34th District Court in Romulus on charges that she texted a sexually a sexually explicit photo of herself to the teen and provided him with alcohol. Specifically, on the photo, she is charged with distributing sexually explicit material to a minor.

She was busted with the teen in the car on July 10 that was parked at a softball field in Van Buren Township. The teen was not her student.

"A search warrant was later obtained on Brennan's personal cellphone which revealed a history of text messages between her and the juvenile along with one sexually explicit photo of Brennan that was sent to his cellphone," Capt. Gregory Laurain said in a press release Tuesday, according to the News.
