Sure the word "legend" is often overused when describing a famous person.
But in this case, it would almost be unfair not to use it.
Legendary Tony Bennett, 89, who has entertained for decades, and has teamed up with some of the biggest names in music like Lady Gaga and Elvis Costello (see videos below), will perform Aug. 12 at the Fox Theatre.
In 1951, he had his first number-one popular song, "Because of You."
