Kid Rock's Assistant Had Alcohol Level More Than Twice Legal Limit

Kid Rock's assistant Michael Sacha, 30, who was killed in an All Terrain Vehicle crash on the singer's Nashville estate in late April, had more than twice the legal alcohol limit, the Tennessean newspaper reported.

The paper reports that Sacha had more than 0.2 percent at the time of his death. The legal limit to operate a vehicle in Tennessee is 0.08 percent.

Sacha suffered significant injuries to his head and neck from the wreck, the paper reported.
