For a city with relatively little resdential and commercial construction not so long ago, this looks like a big year in Detroit.
Robin Runyan of the Curbed Detroit lists 10 developments that will debut this year, including the QLINE on Woodward Avenue and Little Caesars Arena.

The Griswold Apartments, 1117 Griswold St.: Five floors of apartments atop of a parking structure at Michigan and Griswold ares expected to open this month.
Orleans Landing, 229 Orleans St.: Riverfront development with one- and two-bedroom apartments and townhouses.
28 Grand, 28 E. Grand River Ave.:133 micro-apartments at market rates and 85 for tenants who qualify for low-income housing tax credits.
