April 25, 2017, 7:37 AM

Comic Chris Rock wants you laugh a lot during his three performances this weekend on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the Fox Theatre, but don't you dare use your phone during the concerts or you could be out on the street.

Phones will be secureed in a pouch at Rock's  "Total Blackout" tour. (See video below)

A warning on the on the Olympia Entertainment page says:

No cellphones, cameras or recording devices will be allowed at Chris Rock's Total Blackout Tour. Upon arrival, all phones and smart watches will be secured in Yondr pouches that will be unlocked at the end of the show.

Guests maintain possession of their phones throughout the night, and if needed, may access their phones at designated Yondr unlocking stations in the lobby. . . . Anyone caught with a cell phone in the venue will be immediately ejected.

We appreciate your cooperation in creating a phone-free viewing experience.

Some entertainers, including comic Dave Chappelle have been enforcing a no phone policy during concerts to prevent distractions and/or to protect their copyrighted performances from being filmed or photographed and posted online. Chappelle tells "CBS This Morning" that he hated the distraction of seeing people filming during performances.
