Maybe We're Amazed: McCartney Is Coming Back to Play at Detroit's New Arena

Two years to the month after he rocked Joe Louis Arena, Paul McCartney goes on stage this fall at Little Caesar's Arena.

Adam Graham, clearly a solid fan, relays the word at The Detroit News:

The legendary musician and perhaps the world’s most beloved living person will bring his “One on One” tour to the new Detroit arena on Oct. 1, venue officials announced Tuesday. . . .

McCartney’s “One on One” tour launched in April 2016 and has traversed the globe, including stops on four continents. 

Tickets are $59.50 to $250 in four price categories and go on sale at 10 a.m. May 1 through Ticketmaster, OlympiaEntertainment.com, the Fox Theatre and Joe Louis Arena box offices and at (800) 745-3000.

McCartney’s last Detroit concert was a three-hour show at the Joe on Oct. 21, 2015.
