Attorney Geoffrey Fieger is showing no signs of letting up in his legal offensive against rival attorney Mike Morse.
On Thursday, Fieger filed a third sexual lawsuit against Morse.
The latest suit -- like the other two -- involves groping, but this time in the backseat of a vehicle in Miami. The plaintiff is an Orchard Lake woman identified only as "Jane Doe," reports JC Reindl of the Detroit Free Press.
The woman says she was in Miami with a group of friends on Dec. 30 when she met Morse at a restaurant/bar. Morse was friends with a person in the woman's group.
The lawsuit alleges that later the women and Morse were in a car.
Morse and the Orchard Lake woman were in the back seat of a car when "suddenly and without any permission, inducement, or any invitation whatsoever, (Morse) stuck his hands into Jane Doe's shirt and grabbed both of her breasts."
The lawsuit seeks $17.5 million.
In the previous two lawsuits, Morse has denied the allegations. A representative had yet to respond to the latest.
The woman she was in the back seat with Morse when "suddenly and without any permission, inducement, or any invitation whatsoever, [Morse] stuck his hands into Jane Doe's shirt and grabbed both of her breasts," the suit says.
As the allegations are filed, Morris continues to blitz the airwaves with TV commercials promoting his law firm. The commercials often include his mother.
