Williams Rice was a star in the Detroit Police Department, getting confessions, cracking cases, rising through the ranks of homicide and eventually the major crimes division.

Joe Swickard of the Detroit Free Press reports that Rice is now retired and facing allegations in 36th District Court of racketeering, swindling and being a drug dealers.
