Dearborn-based restaurant and juice bar Brome Modern Eatery, known for its halal burgers and shakes, is coming to downtown Detroit next month, Eater Detroit reports.
The restaurant will open at 607 Shelby St., editor Brenna Houck writes:
Owner Sam Abbas opened his first location in 2015 along Michigan Avenue in Dearborn at Brome Burgers & Shakes. In mid-2017 the company changed its name to Brome Modern Eatery to reflect the addition of the restaurant’s new Balence Bar, which makes fresh juices, smoothies, and non-alcoholic cocktails.
