"Mr. Hockey" (Gordie Howe) is celebrated at Joe Louis Arena.

Feel sentimental? Here's a chance to own a piece of Joe Louis Arena, which closed nearly a year ago.

Seats from The Joe, former home of the Detroit Red Wings, go on sale to the public on Saturday, May 12, WXYZ reports. Current Red Wings full and partial season ticket holders can buy their seats now.

Seats can be purchased at thejoeseats.com.

The seats, which start at $150 each, are sold in minimum sets of two. They can be shipped or picked up at the arena.

Additionally, other items from the arena -- including the scoreboard, furniture, lights, signs, chilling systems and other basic stuff -- go on sale via online auction at orbitbid.com and rlevyinc.com/sales this month.
