Comerica Park Pizza-Spitter Pleads Guilty

Jaylon Kerley, 21, who grossed out the world, when he spit on a pizza while making one at Comerica Park during a Tigers game, pleaded guilty this week to one felony count and one misdemeanor count of food law violations, the Associated Press reports. The felony is punishable by up to four years behind bars

A co-worker recorded the disgusting scene, which went viron on social media. Kerley was fired and tests later showed he had no communicable diseases.

Sentencing is Nov. 15. His lawyer says Kerley is remorseful.
