If you did a Rip Van Winkle for a few years or simply stayed away from the city, you might be shocked to see how many new, pricey restaurants have popped up in downtown, Midtown, Corktown and around Eastern Market.
Here's the latest, according to Annalise Frank of Crain's Detroit Business:
A new seafood and burger restaurant is coming to the distinctive Art Deco building on Gratiot Avenue that French-inspired Antietam vacated in March.
Le Culture Cafe is leasing from Greg Holm, owner of the Detroit buildings and restaurant Antietam, Holm confirmed to Crain's. He said in a message he is still looking to sell his property on Gratiot, but did not respond to a question on price.
