The wacky squatter has moved out -- at least for now.
You might recall Fox2 reported last week that a woman going by the name Missionary-Tracey Elaine Blair -- who says she's running as a write-in candidate for president -- moved into a home in Detroit while the owner was away for an extended time.
When the owner, Heidi Peterson returned, she couldn't get Blair to leave. She was told she would have to take legal action to have her removed.
So in the meantime, Peterson, who has a one-year-old daughter, reluctantly lived in the house with Blair.
Well, there's some good news.
Blair told FOX 2's Taryn Asher that she has moved out of the house and planned to remove her possessions as well.
Blair said of Peterson: "She's confused. She doesn't know my motives. She thought that I was going to take her property, but I wouldn't do that because I wouldn't be blessed by God. I wouldn't have good luck if I take this property knowing that she has an interest in it," Blair said.
Still, Peterson isn't totally relieved. She told Fox: "My thoughts are that this is not the first time that she's moving out, so what's going to stop her from coming back?"
