The young people who made this video probably thought they were pretty cool, shooting themselves flinging scooters into the Detroit River and punching people for no reason other than to be jerks, but we have a feeling the police will get the last laugh.

Once you've put it on mute and played it a few times, note how much of this behavior is taking place downtown, which any fool can tell you has more cameras than Fox News and CNN put together.
