Video: Les Gold of 'Hardcore Pawn' -- I'm Open to Doing the Show Again

I first got interested in the TV show "Hardcore Pawn" several years ago. After a yoga class in D.C., my teacher, who was a pretty chiill guy, started raving about the show. At that point I decided I needed to check it out.

After that, I was hooked.

The reality show about Gold's Detroit pawnshop, American Jewelry and Loan, first aired in 2010 on TruTV, and soon became wildly popular. The last season was in 2015.

I ran into Gold on Thursday at American Coney Island, where he was one of the celebrity judges for an eating contest. I asked about the show's possible return and he gave the odds of that happening. 

He also noted that the show is still popular globally on YouTube.
