Show Time for Mayor's Pal Bobby Ferguson; Fed Trial Begins Today

It's show time for Bobby Ferguson, pal of ex-Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick. Ferguson goes on trial today in U.S. District Court in Detroit in a $12 million-bid rigging case that's likely to show the ugly side of the inner workings of the city. Ferguson is slated to go on trial with his buddy Kilpatrick later this year in a federal racketeering trial. Any way you put it, these trials won't make the city look very good.  A.L.
