Bare-chested Judge Draws Line at Calendar Pose

Wayne County Circuit Judge Wade McCree got a lot of publicity -- most of it bad --  over the bare-torso photo he sent to a married court employee.

That woman's husband saw the photo and apparently filed a complaint with the Judicial Tenure Commission.

Now McCree is fielding an offer to pose for his own a 12 month calendar. So far, he is saying no.
