The ever-entertaining and outspoken Fox-2 reporter Charlie LeDuff is mocking Detroit Police Chief Ralph Godbee, who predicted that homicides will be well under 300.
"Forgive me if I missed the clown carts and the lemonade tanks and the confetti," he writes in a column on the Fox2 website.
"Because surely there must have been a parade somewhere in Detroit on Thursday after Police Chief Ralph Godbee announced he expects there to be “well under 300” homicides in the city this year. That would have to be a 50-year low."
