May 16th, 2012, 7:49 AM
The house, which was totally destroyed in the blast, was at the corner of Sanilac and Casino, near I-94 and Moross.
Investigators on the scene said they think squatters occupying the house intentionally set a fire, which led to the explosion.
Arson investigators found traces of gasoline laced throughout the remains of the home.
It is not believed anyone was in the house when it exploded at about 2:30 a.m., and no one was hurt.
