The big question is: What the heck was that about?

Handyman Joseph Gentz said he wanted to withdraw his plea for the murder of Jane Bashara, wife of Bob.

So Wayne County Circuit Judge Vonda Evans set a hearing for Wednesday.

But this morning, according to WXYZ, he told the judge he had changed his mind and didn't want to withdraw the plea.

Judge Evans gave him a little tongue lashing, saying: "This is not a game Mr. Gentz." She warned him not to waste the court's time.

If anything, his visit to court was a way to break up the monotony of being behind bars.

Gentz, who had pleaded guilty to second-degree murder, was sentenced to 17 to 28 years in prison. Bob Bashara is cuurently awaiting trial for the murder of his wife.
