Judge Wade McCree allegedly sends sexy naked sexts to employee, husband finds pics

People of the Internet, please stop disrobing and taking cell phone pictures of your naked self. These things never end well.

Let's say, for the sake of argument, you are a Wayne County Circuit Judge and you send naked pictures of yourself to that bailiff you're sweet on and her husband finds said pictures on her phone. You know what happens then? He forwards the pictures to Charlie LeDuff and you're, like Judge Wade McCree on last night's newscast, force to mutter some weak, legalistic explanation during a bizarre exchange on the 10:00 News.

"How he got it, first of all, is amazing to me," McCree explained to LeDuff. "How it got through to--now, is he saying he got it or is he saying--I know it's hearsay and I don't want to get into all the legal stuff--is he saying this found its way to his wife's phone?

"He got it from his wife's phone," LeDuff answered.

"Ok, he got it out of his wife's phone. Ok, but how did he say she got it?"

"From you."

"She said she got it from me or is that through him or she told you?"

"Through him."

"Oh, so it's still hearsay."

Just to be clear, Wayne County Circuit Judge Wade McCree doesn't deny sending his bailiff a naked picture of himself. What he is saying is the accusation is hearsay. So, vindicated by technicality!
