Correction: Deadline Detroit published a link to a WDIV-TV story, and a summar, earlier Monday that reported bankruptcy Judge Steven Rhodes had ruled that Governor Rick Snyder and Treasurer Andy Dillon must submit to questioning from attorneys representing the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees.
Rod Hansen, spokesman for the court, said later Monday that Rhodes had not made a decision in the issue.
