Detroit's Bob Seger Gets Nod for Songwriters Hall of Fame

Detroiters have a limited pool of celebrities. So when one of them gets a national shoutout, the hometown folks notice.

The Free Press reports that Detroit's Bob Seger, 67, will be inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame. He is set to perform at a June 14 ceremony in New York.
