One Round With Darrell Dawsey And Raquel Castaneda-Lopez, the 1st Latino on Council

Raquel Castaneda-Lopez, Detroit city council member for district 6, sat down with Darrell Dawsey to discuss her take on Detroit's arena district, George Cushingberry and immigration.  She also talks about her plans to improve her district and being followed by immigration officers. 

She is the first Latino city council member in the history of Detroit.

Castaneda-Lopez represents district 6, a district on Detroit's southwest side between the Jeffries and Ford freeways and the Detroit River.

Castaneda-Lopez stuck around for a bonus round to discuss details about her plans to reform immigration in Detroit.
