Caption Contest! What are Brooks and Bob looking at?

We captured this (albeit slightly blurry) shot of Brooks Patterson and Bob Ficano Friday at the bridge agreement signing. Whatever is on that iPhone seems very important, so we figured: Facebook caption contest!
