It appears Warren Mayor Jim Fouts learned nothing from last year's accusations of being an inappropriately loud and mean boss.

He's accused of lashing out and lunging at city treasurer Carolyn Moceri during a meeting on February 21 because they were for some reason discussing why Moceri called Fouts "gross and disgusting" last year.

“Mayor Fouts became so enraged and out of control that he lunged across the conference table at me, and I feared for my safety,” Moceri wrote. “I thought he was going to strike me.”

“I was a victim of workplace bullying,” Moceri told the Free Press. She also says in the letter that Fouts has “a growing pattern of verbal tirades and threats against co-workers,” which requires him to “be referred to the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for anger management counseling.”

Fouts says Moceri is just a liar, although he admits to the yelling part and apologizes.
