Hamtramck Music Festival
Good ol' Hamtown is hosting the very first Hamtramck Music Festival this weekend. Tons of local bands are playing tunes everyday, all weekend, at 17 official locations around town. Poke around the schedule and find your favorite show.
Wristbands are $10. Get them at various Hamtramck retail locations.
Art From The Z Lot Muralists
Two dozen of the muralists who splashed paint around downtown's Z Lot parking structure are displaying work this weekend at Library Street Collective.
The gallery opens the exhibit Friday at 6PM.

The incredible classic car show is back this weekend at Cobo featuring everything from hot rods to car-themed artwork to a pin-up girl competition. There's enough fun here to woo anyone.
