Sexty Judge Wade McCree issues apology

Sexty Wayne County Circuit Judge Wade McCree is walking back his previous "no shame in my game"/this is all hearsay explanations for the nearly nude photos he's supposed to have sent via text message to a court bailiff.  

Clearly, I made an extremely serious error in judgment. I am embarrassed and truly sorry for my actions, which have hurt and caused great pain to my family.

I apologize to my family, my professional associates, my friends and the citizens of Wayne County.

I ask for forgiveness from all those I have disappointed and hurt as a result of my very serious mistake. I also ask for your prayers as my family and I work through this issue on a personal and professional level.

The husband of the bailiff who received McCree's photo released the photo to Fox 2's Charlie LeDuff and reportedly filed a complaint with the Judicial Tenure Commission, which probably explains why the "no shame/game" hubris has been replaced with "ask for prayers" contrition.
