The 1,500-square-foot bakery will do cakes in such flavors as Nutella, Forrero Rocher chocolate and Fruity Pebbles. It will also offer coffee and healthy grab-and-go lunch items. The owner is Manal Hussein.

“Manal utilizes a creative and interactive approach to baking for her customer’s unique needs,” said Richard Broder, CEO of Broder & Sachse Real Estate, the building's manager and owner.

It's the second food tenant, following a soon-to-be-named American-style bistro.

“My location will serve as a relaxing dessert and coffee establishment, where guests can enjoy a coffee and a slice of cake, as well as grab a quick breakfast or lunch item on the go," Hussein says in a statement.

The Scott is a five-story mixed-use development that includes 199 units and approximately 15,000-square-feet of first-floor retail and restaurant space. It opened last December.
