Lizz Winstead -- "Daily Show" co-creator, writer, comedian and several other things -- brings her Lady Parts Justice League show, "Vagical Mystery Tour," to Metro Detroit next week.

The Magic Bag in Ferndale will host the comedy revue July 12, with proceeds to benefit local abortion providers.

The eight-city tour features local and national comedians. Flint native Hadiyah Robinson will appear in Detroit, along with Mehan Khaghani and Dina Nina Martinez. Winstead will MC and do short bits between sets, said media contact Valentina Osorio.

In addition, Winstead and others will volunteer at local medical clinics at each stop.

The Lady Parts Justice League describes itself as "a coven of hilarious and witty feminist comedians and writers who use humor and pop culture to expose the haters fighting against reproductive rights. They believe if there is not laughter, dancing and sexy time in your revolution, you need to fix that."

This is the second year for the tour, which includes post-show discussions to "inform the audience about what is at stake for abortion rights in their state, and offer tangible ways audiences can roll up their sleeves to fight back," according to the show's website.

General-admission tickets are on sale for $18.
