Greektown-area violence leaves one dead, two wounded after late-night shooting

Three people were shot, one fatally, near Greektown early Sunday morning. 


Media sources are reporting police were called at 2:14 a.m. Sunday to Legends, 415 E. Congress, after 911 calls of a shooting. It's not known whether the shooting happened inside or outside the club. 

The Detroit News reports:

Killed was a 48-year-old man who was shot in the chest, back and left leg, said police.

Injured were a 34-year-old woman shot in the left forearm and a 38-year-old man shot in the right leg, said police. Both were taken to a local hospital and listed in serious condition.

No arrests have been made.

Motor City 911 has audio of the police radio traffic connected to the incident.
