But the 3,200-square-foot property is up for sale. It's listed by Greystone Bel Real Estate for $3.4 million, reports Brenna Houck of Eater Detroit. Chef Kate Williams' award-winning restaurant has earned national attention.
The property last sold for $710,000 in 2016.
Williams says she has a “long lease with extension options.”
