Video: Drivers Spinning Donuts Shut Fort Street in Southwest Detroit

The practice of motorsts in Detroit blocking streets to do donuts continues.

The latest came Sunday night when motorists were spinning out on Fort Street in Southwest Detroit and shut down traffic for about five minutes before Detroit police moved in and made arrests, Larry Spruill Jr. of WDIV reports.

The station captured the action on video.

In the past, motorists have shut the Lodge Freeway and I-94.
