Michigan native Ronna Romney McDaniel, head of the Republican National Committee, has been self-quarantining at home with her family after being tested for coronavirus, has received negative results.
"On the advice of her doctor, @GOPChairwoman was administered a test for COVID-19. That test has fortunately come back negative," said a tweet Wednesday evening from Michael Ahrens, communications director for the Republican National Committee.
McDaniel, who had contact with President Trump, who also tested negative, was tested Friday night in Michigan.
She continued to tweet on behalf the GOP while being isolated at home.
