Michael R. Sherwin, acting U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia, said Tuesday at a press conference that the federal government is looking at charges that include sedition and murder against people who invaded the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6.

And the former head of the Detroit FBI, Steven M. D'Antuono, who is now in charge of the bureau's Washington Field Office, said agents around the country are working to track down people who were captured on video and photos inside the Capitol.

We share photos from the FBI website in case any readers recognize the individuals. You can call the FBI's tip line at (800) CALL-FBI (800-225-5324) or submit information, photos or videos to fbi.gov/USCapitol. People in Michigan can also contact the Detroit field office at (313) 965.2323.
